Nicky McDougal (Owner and Principal)
Nicky is originally from Devon. She is married to Colin and has two daughters aged ten and seven.
Nicky holds a B.Ed Primary Honours degree and is a Qualified Teacher. She started Little Wombles in 2011. Nicky has many years of experience teaching and caring for babies and children.

Kerry Thornton (Manager)
Kerry has a wealth of experience in Early Years having worked with children from birth to five years. She has been Deputy Manager of a large Nursery setting and holds a Level 3 in both Childcare and Management.

Marta Abreu
Marta Abreu has an Early Years Degree and is a Qualified Teacher. Marta is our Deputy Manager and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. She has worked with all ages in Early Years and is currently working with our Pre-schoolers.
Stacy Larkin
Stacy Larkin is a very experienced Nursery Practitioner, with a broad knowledge of working with children aged 0-5 years. She holds a Level 3 in Childcare. Stacy is currently working with our toddlers.
Jessie Flower
Jessie Flower holds a Level 2 in Childcare and Education and has many years experience of working in a nursery. She is currently studying for her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification with us. Jessie is currently working with our toddlers.
Jean-Marie Matheson
​Jean-Marie Matheson has an Early Years Foundation Degree (Level 5). She has experience across the Early Years ages and has previously been a Deputy Manager of a Nursery. She is currently working with our babies.
Lucy Etchells
Lucy is Level 3 qualified and currently studying for her Early Years Foundation Degree. She is working with our babies and has experience with all ages across the EYFS.
Rebeca Griffiths
Rebeca Griffiths holds a Level 3 in Childcare and Education and is currently working with our babies. She has recently undertaken training specifically on understanding and supporting babies.
Sharon Johnson
Sharon Johnson is currently working with our pre-schoolers as a Nursery Assistant. Sharon has three grown up children of her own has worked as a nanny and has qualifications in child psychology and Maternity Nursing.
Abeda Ali
Abeda has a wealth of experience with all ages in Early Years. She is Level 3 qualified and is currently working with our Pre-schoolers.
Rosanna Cooper
Rosanna holds a Level 3 in Children's care, learning and development. She has many years of Nursery experience and is currently working with our toddlers.
